A Riches Hawley Mikhail project renovating the 17th Century Bank Hall for developers Urban Splash to provide 2 houses and 10 flats for private sale. Public access is also provided with rooms for the Bank Hall Trust within the clock tower. In the orchard are 23 new-build family houses proposed as enabling development. The scheme is arranged as two courtyards, each responding to the subtly different nature of their setting whilst remaining architecturally low key. Planning Permission was received in 2011 along with a Heritage Lottery Grant and a Housing Design Award.
